Simon is a solution architect in the IBM Blockchain Solutions team based in Hursley, where he is currently focusing on designing new products and services built on top of the Hyperledger fabric. Prior to this, he was a senior engineer in the IBM Integration Bus development team, working on IBMs leading integration product.

Tom is part of IBM's London Bluemix Garage where he works with IBM clients interested in Blockchain technology, running education sessions and design thinking workshops to create and prototype ideas for Blockchain applications. Prior to this he was part of IBM's API Testing DevOps team and has an academic background in Artificial Intelligence.

Tom is Senior Data Scientist at UK Government Home Office. Tom's complexity science PhD research modeled the macreconomy through centralised, hierarchical, and decentralised, peer to peer, enforcement of agreements. Parallel work on machine learning led Tom to join government as the first home office data scientist. 

Since joining government he has been promoting the agenda of understanding decentralised alternatives to our civic institutions. He became a named contributor to the chief scientist's report on Distributed Ledger Technology, proposed and coordinates the government's Community of Interest, and acts as a technical consultant within government.

Siân is regulatory compliance professional specialising in virtual currency & distributed ledger technology. She is a veteran C-level problem solver and fervent digital currency and blockchain advocate who loves providing real world solutions to virtual currency problems. Siân  is convinced about the disruptive impact of cryptocurrencies, P2P payment systems, digital assets and the blockchain. 

Siân is a founding member of the UK Digital Currency Association and co-lead of its Exchanges Regulation & Accounting Working Group. Convenor of the first European digital currency associations roundtable. Co-founder of EDCAB, the European Digital Currency and Blockchain Technology public policy platform based in Brussels. Divides her time between London, Brussels and the Isle of Man.

Rayan Goutay https://www.linkedin.com/in/rayangoutay 

Rayan is a multi-lingual legal counsel with extensive international experience advising large well-known institutions and regulators on operating procedures and business practices. 

His current focus is: Research on Decentralized and Autonomous Financial Technology, the Blockchain and Smart Contracts vs Law and Compliance requirements, Cloud computing and compliance, Data Protection & Privacy, Cyber Security, Regulatory Change.
