Our Keynote Speakers

We are delighted to have Don Randall MBE and Giles Fuchs, of Office Space in Town, speaking on the day's theme: Strategic Leadership and a Growth Mindset.

Don Randall MBE

Don Randall MBE

Don Randall served in the City of London Police for over 30 years, with specific emphasis on fraud and counter-terrorism. After working as the Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase, Don went on to become Head of Security in the Bank of England, and later the Bank’s first Chief Information Security Officer.

The MBE was awarded to Don for services to law enforcement, recognising in particular his contribution to the harmonisation of the public/private sector agencies through Project Griffin.

He now works with teams across the world, assisting in complex investigations, private prosecutions, as well as crisis management and resolution relating to cyber security.

Giles Fuchs

Giles Fuchs

Giles Fuchs is a self-confessed serial entrepeneur who started his first business, an estate agency, at the age of 22. Later businesses were City Executive Centres Ltd, a business started by his parents that set up and managed serviced offices, Disaster Recovery Solutions Ltd and Benchmark Law.

In 2009, Giles and his sister, Niki Fuchs, set up Office Space in Town, a company similar to their family owned business, City Executive Centres. Together, they managed to double the size of the company within one year, and are still growing; Office Space in Town currently comprises of 11 offices over London, Edinburgh, Cardiff and Northampton.

The Day

Doors open at 9.30am for a 10am start.

Lunch will be provided, as will tea and coffee during an afternoon break. Please contact Alembic Strategy about any dietary requirements you have.

The conference will finish by 5pm. Food and drinks will be available afterwards, in the on-site rooftop bar, where the networking event will be held.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

By Road

20 St Dunstans Hill, London, EC3R 8HL. There are several NCP car parks in the immediate vicinity.

By Tube

Office Space in Town Monument is located just a 3 minute walk from Monument Station, 6 minutes from Bank Station, 7 minutes from London Bridge and 6 minutes from Fenchurch Street Station.

By Train

Office Space in Town Monument just a short walk from London Bridge, Cannon Street and Fenchurch Street Mainline stations.


What do I do on arrival?

Ask for the London Leaders' Conference at Reception. You will be given a name badge and escorted to the Anchors room where the Conference is taking place.


What is included in my ticket?

Your ticket includes entry to the event, lunch, refreshments during the day, as well as drinks and nibbles at the networking event in the evening.

Please note that ticket prices include VAT.


Which tickets do I buy?

If you are an Alembic client, or an Office Space in Town client, you can buy multiple tickets for your company by choosing 'OSiT or Alembic client' and the number of tickets in the drop down box. Each ticket costs £95 + VAT.

If you are not a client, choose 'non-client, first delegate' and select '1' in the drop down box. Choose 'non-client, further delegates' for any other tickets you would like to purchase for your company. The first delegate pays £295 + VAT for their ticket, but further delegates pay a reduced price of £95 + VAT.


What do I need to bring?

Just yourself! You will be provided with pens, notepaper, worksheets and any other materials you might need.
