London Hindus & Sikhs

Namaste, Sat Sri Akaal, Jai Hind and Vande Mataram.  This is a socialising, networking and adventure activities group for all Hindus and Sikhs (Indians, NRIs, PIOs) in and around London. I set up this group to get people off their backside and out enjoying life.  Most events that I schedule will be weekend based.  I host a wide range of events so that there is something in it for everyone, and that each member will always find an event to suit them.  Example, hitherto we have had trips to theme parks, buffet lunches, dinner and dance events, weekend breaks in Europe, cinema events, clubbing nights, music concerts (kirtans), mandir/gurdwara visits and horse riding days.

This is NOT a singles group, but a group for all Hindus/Sikhs of all ages and backgrounds.  It makes no difference whether you are 18 years of age or 118 years of age.  It makes no difference whether you are Brit born and bred or whether you are Indian born.  Whether you are a Punjabi, Marathi, Bengali, Sindhi, Jatt, Rajput, Tamil, Kashmiri, Haryanvi etc., this is the beauty of our race that we are comprised of such a rich variety of ethnicities.  Whether you're a student, a young professional, a married couple with children, a single mother/father, or a retired pensioner, as long as you enjoy living life to the fullest then this group is for you.  The only pre-requisite to joining this group is that you must be respectful towards our Bharat motherland.

We espouse 3 principle values (Service to Race, Religion and Country):

1) To love, care and respect each other as one big family.

2) To serve our religion whether that be Sanathan Dharma (Hinduism) or Sanathan Sikhi (Sikhism).

3) To honor our Bharat motherland (India).

Please join, and I would be grateful if you can also make your acquaintances aware of this group.  I trust that we as a group look forward to memorable times together.

Dhanyawādāh and Saubhāgyam

(Thank you and Good Luck)
