Let's do this, mamas. Come connect with the MotherNation community and your body with the help of FIT4MOM DC.

Body Back® is a 60-minute, results-based workout designed to help new mamas reach their full physical potential and reconnect to their inner strength. This high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core work and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Improve your health, fitness, and physical strength while experiencing a personal transformation. This a postnatal class best for mamas who are 6+ months postpartum with modifications available for mamas in earlier stages.

Lauren Frazier started her adult fitness journey in 2011 with Crossfit. She has had an immense passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle ever since. Lauren was able to stay very active with Crossfit through her first and second pregnancy, which made all the difference for labor and delivery :) She feels amazingly blessed to stumble upon FIT4MOM Capitol Hill while on maternity leave with her second. Lauren and her husband had just moved from Mississippi four months prior, and it was so hard to find a niche of women and mamas in this new place. After just 2 weeks of class, she was inspired to become part of this FIT4MOM team.

All classes offered during the 7-week Maternal Wellness Series @ lululemon Georgetown are FREE and designed specifically for women in the beginning stages of motherhood. Because...you deserve it.
