About the LOCUS LinkUp
The LOCUS LinkUp is a private networking event exclusively for LOCUS real estate developers and investors around new smart growth deals. On November 20, participants will hear from Mayor Scott Avedisian of Warwick, RI and Town Manager Robert Halpin of Framingham, MA to learn about each community's vision for future development, to network with the top real estate CEOs and executives in the region over lunch, and to share ideas for mutually beneficial smart growth development projects.

Members of LOCUS who are real estate developers and investors will receive complimentary registration. The $40 early-bird registration fee for non-members applies through October 20. As a non-member you have the option to join LOCUS when you register for this event and to receive free admission to this event. Refund Policy
All refund requests must be received in writing to LOCUS at locus@locusdevelopers.org or faxed to 202-207-3349. Written requests must be submitted by October 20, 2014 to receive a full refund of the registration fee, minus a $20 processing fee. If a request is received between October 20 and October 31, 2014, a 50% refund of the refund will be issued. No registration fee refunds will be issued after October 31, 2014. Verbal requests for refunds will not be accepted. All requests must be submitted in writing.
