Worried about identity theft or online surveillance? Just want to keep your business to yourself? Learn the best practices, habits, tips, and technology aids to secure your personal information, and reclaim your privacy rights on the internet.

This is a four week progressive course that begins with good online 'hygiene' habits and generating secure passwords, covers browser settings and privacy-enhancing browser externsions, social media, anonymous web browsing with TOR, and finishes with encrypted communications (text, voice, email), and hardened operating systems, including a demo of TAILS (time permitting). Bring your questions, and your devices for a more hands-on experience. For ages 13 and up.
