Event Details

DC Benefit Corporation Act

Benefit corporation legislation was just passed in DC and will go into effect in late February or early March.

At this Locals Unplugged, learn about becoming a Benefit Corporation, if it makes sense for your concept, how to elect it, benefits, and all the nuts and bolts for your business.  As a benefit corporation you would join over 170 companies that have already elected the structure across the country.
