Support Local Art & Businesses:
This is a community minded event, designed to support the participating local artists. If you attend the event here is where the money goes:
1/2 of all ticket sales go to the participating artists fund.
We also have donation tickets for those who cannot attend the event, but want to support the artists. 100% of the donation ticket goes to the participating artist fund.
1/2 of all ticket sales go to the production costs, music, event staffing, promotions, installation, and web development.
We are using Eventbrite’s technology to give all of the participating artists a unique and trackable ticket link. If you have a specific artist you want to directly support, contact them or check their Instagram page and buy a ticket with their link. (You can find artists’ contact at https://locallove.io) They will receive 50% of 1/2 of the general admission ticket price attributed to their ticket link, or 50% of the donation ticket price. The other half will go into the general artist fund. We think this is the most equitable way of handling sales and promotions attributed to each artist or group.
All of our financial data and methods will be published post event for all to see and learn from. We are hoping this will be a success for all of the artists and a safe and enjoyable experience for all who attend.
You can see the published report from our Spring Festival at https://locallove.io/sfo/
