Event Details

Rather than commodity boxed meat, Seward purchases meat by the carcass and employs trained butchers in our stores. This enables us to custom cut and offer a range of options from chops, to roasts, to stew. This class will cover breaking half a lamb with a discussion of the best cooking methods. We will taste and discuss breadcrumb-crusted loin and braised stew.

Important Class Information

Please preregister for all classes (including free classes) online at www.seward.coop. For assistance with registration, please visit Customer Service. Walk-ins are welcome as space allows, but Seward Co-op may cancel classes if there are fewer than three preregistered attendees. In this case, participants will be notified and given a full refund. Payment must be made at time of registration. To ensure a refund, cancellations must be made 48 hours before the class date.
