Lloyd at the Library: "Safety Last" Film Screening

The renowned Harold Lloyd movie "Safety Last"--whose iconic scene of a man dangling from a clock was filmed just blocks away from Central Library--will be screened with musical accompaniment by composer Michael Mortilla and introduced by Lloyd's granddaughter Sue Lloyd. A Q&A with the audience will follow.

Reservation Policy for “LA Made” Programs:
As all “LA Made” programs at Central Library are free of charge, it is our policy to overbook.
In the case of a FULL program, your free reservation may not guarantee admission. We recommend arriving early. Space permitting, unclaimed reservations will be released to standby patrons at approximately 1:45 p.m.

Standby Policy:
There is no advance waitlist for full programs. Standby patrons will be admitted subject to availability on a first-come, first-served, basis.
