The NAPW Philadelphia Chapter invites you to enhance your Leadership Skills, earn your LLC -LISTEN LEARN & COMMUNICATE. We're discussing communication differences between genders that can often infulences how our careers progress, and how communications affect your professional culture. Kim Sheppard is flying in from California, and Frank Felsburg will host at Philadelphia's Pyramid Club.
This program will reintroduce the "Lost Art of Listening." It will deal with communication between genders, as well as in an overall context. Subsequently, we will address "How What You Say Affects Your Culture."
Kim Sheppard, a regular speaker at national and regional events on the topics of solutions to big business problems, building virtual companies, the importance of cultural glue, attracting “A” players, retention, recruitment process outsourcing and creating a talent pipeline will be visiting from California specifically for this event. She will share concepts from her book, Get Scrappy and Frank Felsburg will share concepts from his work on how men listen differently than women.
Frank Felsburg, who normally runs these FRANK Talks, will be one of the presenters at this year-end event. Past President of the Philadelphia Chapter of ATD (Association for Talent Development), he took the group from one of severe dysfunction to one of the top five in the world (among 130 chapters).

About the Presenters:
Kim Shepherd is CEO of Decision Toolbox. She joined the organization in 2000, and brought her unconventional approach to the company she had admired as a client. Her latest book, co-written with Dave Berkus, is entitled Get Scrappy.
Frank Felsburg is a professional ghostwriter who writes books for others. He has also written one of his own entitled Men Really DO Listen: How Men Listen Differently Than Women. He has penned articles on topics ranging from angel investing to the zaniness of ticket scalpers. He blogs on Linkedin and helps authors who have written manuscripts turn it into a finished product and he helps them get free publicity. He attended the Charles Morris Price School of Advertising & Journalism, has a degree in marketing from Villanova University and has his own company entitled SpokenAndWrittenWords LLC based out of Narberth, PA.
