Letterland Kindergarten Intervention Training
The purpose of this institute is to train teachers to provide small group intervention with kindergarten students who are struggling to meet grade level expectations in reading.
Needs-based, as well as specialized instruction for those students needing a more intensive approach will be addressed. The targeted audience for this training is Exceptional Children teachers, General Education teachers,Title 1 teachers, ESL teachers and intervention teachers. Participants will be taught the 5-day intervention plan and have an opportunity to practice specific intervention strategies relating to the Letterland program.
Prerequisite: participants should have already attended Lift Off (introduction to Letterland)
