Join us for the LivingWorks Minnesota Trainer Summit for active ASIST and safeTALK trainers in the Midwest. You'll have the opportunity to strengthen your trainer skills and network with other trainers in the Midwest.

The Summit will be facilitated by LivingWorks trainers:Brittany Miskowiec, Glen Bloomstrom, and Daniel Hanson.

suicide to Hope Workshop

October 22, 2019 at the Minneapolis VA

The day after the LivingWorks Minnesota Trainer Summit, a Suicide to Hope Workshop will be offerred at the same locationin (Minneapolis VA). The workshop will be facilitated by Renee Schmidt.

Suicide to Hope is a one-day workshop designed for clinicians and caregivers working with those recently at risk of and currently safe from suicide. It features powerful audiovisuals, discussions, and simulations. At LivingWorks suicide to Hope, you'll learn new counseling and support tools designed to help people with lingering thoughts of suicide. Modeled on recovery and growth techniques in post-traumatic stress counseling, these tools can integrate into any treatment approach. This workshop is offered to mental health clinicians and other professionals helping people understand and work through their suicide experiences toward a better quality of life.
