A workshop for beginning and experienced singers and speakers
Imagine how different your life might be if you could express your inner voice authentically. At Living Your Voice, an organization dedicated to personal transformation and growth, we believe that singing and public speaking should be joyful and rewarding.
Tony Pryor, an experienced voice coach, speaker and performer, will facilitate his Living Your Voice 101 workshop on Saturday, January 14, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at True You Creativity Studio in the Houston Heights. The workshop combines fundamental vocal technique with creative performance experiences that will help you build greater confidence. Whether you are a CEO of a company who needs tips on how to address larger groups, a student making a presentation, a beginning singer who longs to sing your favorite song or even an experienced performer preparing for an important audition, you will experience the joy of reclaiming your personal power by conquering your limitations. The bonding of the small group will create a place to nurture your hidden brilliance with techniques to help overcome any fear, self-criticism, timidity or stage fright.

Your voice has the power to transform your life.
In our lives we lead with our voice. Communication experts say our communication is through 7 percent of our word choice, 37 percent body language, and 56 percent intonation—voice. Voice is the instrument through which we create relationships, communicate ideas, and manifest new realities. Through individual coaching and group experiences offered by Living Your Voice, you can:
- Learn to master your instrument and the issues that block it.
- Know your voice as a powerful communicator of who you are and what you are passionate about.
- Get support necessary to fully reclaim your voice.
- Develop your team in a safe and cooperative environment, which naturally causes out of the box thinking.
- Tap into your own unique creativity.
- Create your own path for the development of your instrument.
