Exercise is good for so many things, and brain health is one of them. As your heart starts pumping, you rejuvenate your brain cells. In this presentation, learn how the hippocampus (the brain structure that is key for memory), is enhanced by any sort of exercise that gets your heart going.

A WFPB lifestyle aims to maximize consumption of nutrient-dense plant foods while minimizing processed foods, oils, and animal foods (including dairy products and eggs). It encourages lots of vegetables (cooked or raw), fruits, beans, peas, lentils, soybeans, seeds and nuts (in small amounts) and is generally low fat.
