Would you like to join others in a small group for six weeks to learn ways to feel better?
What are these workshops about?
Stanford University developed the Chronic Disease Self-Management evidence-based education programs to teach those with all chronic conditions how to manage their conditions and find ways to live better lives. The workshops are led by certified Stanford trained leaders who facilitate groups of 6 to 15 persons. Curry Community Health is offering these workshops in Curry County, Oregon

FREE to members of AllCare and WOAH, a small materials fee for others.

Yes, it is opend to anyone who may have a role in the care of your chronic condition.
