Dr. Denise Chranowski is a chiropractor and mindfulness practitioner. Her mission is to teach, show and inspire others how to release their God-given health and life potential. A Dose from Dr. Denise, a Chiropractic and Mindfulness practice, opened it’s doors in October, 2018 in Beaumont. Dr. Denise has been in practice since 1997, moving here from NJ in the spring of 2018. Currently, Dr. Denise resides in Beaumont, Texas with her husband, Steve. She and her husband have two young adults sons, both students at Rutgers University.

Ines Alvidres was born and raised in Chihuahua City, Mexico. Ines moved to Beaumont in 2000 where she finished high school and went on to earn a drafting degree from Lamar Institute of Technology. Ines calls her artwork "friendly abstract." Her art is featured at J. Wilsons and she has also painted several of the light boxes around Beaumont. Ines is excited to share her unique artistic voice with the Southeast Texas community and her message of love, power and beauty.

Kassie Huff currently teaches the spirited young artists in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade at All Saints Episcopal School in Beaumont, TX. As an artist she is inspired by her own spiritual journey and inner world. Pursuing a life of creativity has helped her to release fear, judgement and negative self-talk - just to name a few. She enjoys sharing the lessons that she has learned along this journey we call life. Through her own struggle and losses, she has realized that life’s greatest challenges can be the greatest opportunities to grow, learn and discover the ever-present stream of peace and joy that flows through us from the Divine. Her intention in life is to set herself free so that this river of love and light may flow through her onto all those she meets. She resides in Beaumont with her husband Mark and her daughter Novi.

Nicole Kavouspour is the owner and yoga instructor at Beaumont Power Yoga. What started as a mild interest in fitness and yearning for balance in her life has since transformed into years of sharing keys to health, happiness and self- love with southeast Texas since 2005. Through the years Nicole has provide a safe space for students and teachers alike to dive beneath the surface of their daily lives to find deeper meaning and inspiration. Her hope is for students to leave class feeling steady, at ease and confident in their own power and grace. Off the mat you can find Nicole spending quality time with her husband Dar and two sons Austin and Gavin.

Tanya Hansen has worked the majority of her lifetime in the motivation business. She graduated from Bemidji State University with a Bachelors of Science in Applied Psychology with an emphasis in Family & Community Health. She moved to Beaumont in 1999 with her husband Mark. She has been employed with the CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth Health & Wellness Center since 2000. Tanya is a Group Fitness instructor, Personal Trainer and Certified Wellness Coach. Her passion for complete wellness is reflected in her belief that it is not comprised of just one thing. It’s building a lifestyle filled with habits that work together to produce a “LIVING” not just “surviving” lifestyle. Her mantra of “small changes, big results “ has helped to change the lives of all those she has worked with.

Sherry Paschal is a wife, mother of two boys, and Lamar graduate. She is also a woman who has overcome cancer, not once but twice. Sherry sought traditional therapies for her first cancer diagnosis in 2014. But after her second cancer diagnosis one year later, she decided to go off the traditional path and to incorporate an alternative and holistic plan. Sherry recognizes her journey isn’t for everyone but it was hers to take. She describes her journey as putting her “healing pieces” together. Sherry also represents, BeautyCounter, a natural makeup and skin care line, a product line she's passionate about.
