We will spend our time together being introduced to the wide variety of ways that we benefit from living in sync with nature. Our experiences will lead us to understanding how we fall out of balance and the resulting stresses that influence our lives. Solutions for stepping back into the natural rhythms of life will be offered. A snack foraged from the garden will be served.
