Register to worship in-person at Living Hope Community for the first service of the year.

• Adult Worship at 9:30 & 11:30 am at our Outdoor Patio
• Youth (6th-12th grade) Worship at 11:30 am at our Outdoor East Patio.
• Kids (1st-5th graders) Worship at 9:50 am in the Outdoor East Patio.

THE DAY OF THE EVENT, PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT :

• you do not have a temperature above 100.4 Fahrenheit
• you are not showing new or unusual cough, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, diarrhea
• you have not been openly exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the last 14 days
• you will contact the church immediately if you find out within 14 days of visiting the church that you have tested positive for COVID-19

WHEN ON THE PREMISE, PLEASE:

• check-in
• keep your face covering on
• sit with your own family or those whom you live with
• keep social distance whenever possible
