Families and friends--past and present-- are invited to join Broadway Children's School at our annual silent auction and fundraising gala. This year's event will take place on Saturday, March 16th at 6:00pm.

RSVP by February 2 and receive a free entry into our Wine Drawing.

This year we are celebrating Broadway Children's School's legacy and reflecting on the the value of our increadible current families, our remarkable teachers and staff, and the amazing accomplishments of our BCSO alumni families. We encourage all members of the BCSO familiy to join us for this celebration.

Enter the Beer and Wine Drawings

Our annual Wine drawing is back, with a twist! This year we are including beer with our prize. Two winners will be selected for a case of beer and a case of wine. The selections are currated by our BCSO families. Purchase tickets online at www.broadwaychildrensschool.org/auction

Winners do not need to be present at the time of the auction.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

No, however, this is an adults-only event. Beer and wine will be available for those of-age.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, you do not need to bring your printed ticket to the event. It is for your confirmation only.

Can I bring guests?

Please do! All friends and family are welcome to attend. They do not need to be BCSO alumni or current families to join in on the fun.


Can I come if I didn't RSVP?

Of course! It's helpful for us to know how many to expect so that we can plan for food and drink purposes, but you are welcome to register the evening of the event if you forget to RSVP.


Can I donate something to the auction this year?

Yes! We welcome donations of goods and services, as well as funding for our event. Please contact bcsofundraiser@gmail.com with your questions.
