Class times are Tuesdays at 7:45 pm and Saturdays at 9 am for 1 hour. Includes free assessments,meal planning and performance tracking. (15 classes). Assessment must be completed prior to start of boot camp. Next camp will start November 3, 2015 (no class Saturday November 28, 2015) and last day is December 22, 2015. 3 person minimum to run class. Class size is limited to 6 attendees with 2 slots open for drop-ins.

THE CLASSES FOR THIS BOOTCAMP WILL BE HELD TUESDAYS STARTING NOVEMBER 03, 2015 @ 7:45 PM - 8:45 PM & SATURDAYS @ 9 AM - 10 AM LOCATION: 14130 SULLEYFIELD CIRCLE - SUITE F, CHANTILLY, VA

Living Healthy's fitness programs is designed to burn fat daily and build lean muscles.  High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and strength training techniques are used to reach individual goals.  Prior to the start of camp, you will recieve a free cardio and strength assessment test to determine you ability.  As well as point out some key factors to develop max results.  Weekly body composition assessments and weigh-ins during the camp will help you stay on track.  A certified nutrtionist can provide you with a personalized meal plan.

Our camp is for anyone 18+ years old, looking to get their healthy and body in better shape!

FAQS

What services are provided? 

Nutritional guidance, meal planning, that is done with a certified nutrtionist.  In-home training, classes and bootcamps, semi-private and private training sessions are available.  Online training is offered as well.

Do I need to sign any waivers or forms?

Yes.  The day of the assessment you will need to sign a waiver and a health and questionnaire form prior to start.

What do I wear?

On the day of the assessment FEMALES should wear pants/shorts that allow measurements mid-thigh, short sleeves for tricep measurements and a loose shirt for abdominal measurements at the navel.  MALES...shorts/pants that allow measurements for mid-thigh and a loose shirt for abdominal measurements and chest.

For class wear clothing that is breathable.  Cross Training sneakers are ideal for multi-directional movement.  Bring your own mat.  Equipment is provided.  Water cooler is available or bring your own bottle.

How do I schedule my fitness/nutrition assessment or personal/small group session?

Contact us at info@livinghealthygym.com and your trainer will coordinate with your schedule.

What is the difference between bootcamp and class?

Bootcamp session is a commitment to a 6, 8 or 12 week training schedule in-person with online training for missed classes and between days.  Meal planning, body composition measurements, detailed fitness/nutritional guidance with certified instructors, performance tracking and online training are all included in pricing.

Classes can be purchased individually or as a package at a discounted rate.  Living Healthy's classes are designed to challenge YOUR ability while promoting fat burning and muscle building exercises.  These class will improve flexibilty, day to day tasks, decrease risk of heart disease.  Improving overall health.  Tabata classes are offered.  TRX coming soon!!

Online workouts are a seperate fee.

Nutritional guidance/meal planning are a separate fee.  See instructor.

How long is boot camp?

Living Healthy and Fitness bootcamp session are 8 weeks.  Bootcamps or classes can be requested in other communities with 4 person minimum signup.

What if I miss a day for boot camp? Are there makeups?

There are no make up classes for boot camp.  Online workouts are available for an additional *$40.00 a month (this is included  with bootcamp princing).  If you are in bootcamp this will help keep you on track for workouts you may miss a our training facility.  You may contact the instructor about availablility and pricing for one-on-one training sessions.

*Online training is optional.  Online training is available for standalone purchase for $30.00 a month.

What if the refund policy?

There are no refunds once payment is processed.  Unlike bootcamp, CLASSES that are purchased can be used with 4 months of purchase date.  No bootcamp sessions can be used for classes

How will my sessions be montiored?

Attendence will be taken prior to the start of class.  Please arrive early.

What forms of payments are accepted?

All major debit cards are accepted.  As well as check or cash.

What services are provided?

We offer boxing class from a coach who has competed, fat loss, strength training, rehabilitation, sports performance, pain relief, and nutrtional guidance/meal planning, these classes are offered to the public.  We also offer corportate wellness programs.
