An introductory nutrition workshop in Sheffield, South Yorkshire providing a complete overview of how diet and lifestyle can provide energy, promote appropriate weight-loss and give optimum health.

Places are strictly limited. Minimum numbers required.
Please be flexible, we should finish for 4pm, but it may last a little longer! Eating great food can take time :-)
