On October 7th 2016 leaders in the Morgantown area gathered at Chestnut Ridge Church to listen to the Live2Lead simulcast. 75 community leaders sat for 3 hours listening to three great thought leaders and one great business person. People could not take notes fast enough. Many wanted an opportunity to park and unpack everything that they heard that morning.
On Wednesday, December 7th, from 8:30am - 12:30pm we are hosting Live2Lead-Morgantown II. We are going to rebroadcast parts of the original event and focus on three messages form Simon Sinek, Liz Wiseman and John Maxwell. After each message, in a round table format, we will share what we heard, how to apply and take action.
Do you hire or employ millennials? Are you incharge of those you lead or are you responsible for those in your charge? Do you have a multiplying effect within your organization or do you have a diminishing effect? Many believe they are multiplying, but in fact are diminishing. Are you leading or managing? Are you developing people or are you measuring people?
This event is open to anyone who wants to grow and to be more influential. There will be attendees from the event on October 7th, but that is not a prerequisite. It is recommended to bring your team and use this time to challenge the status quo in your organization.
Our goal from the start was not to have one event, inspire thought and then go away. Leadership grows daily not in a day. This event is designed to create a netowrk of leaders in Morgantown. We want to connect with those who believe there is more to give and want to make a difference in their business, community and home. Join us for a great day of thought, dialog and action!
