The Temple Convention & Visitor’s Bureau will host the 2nd Annual Live Well Expo on Saturday, October 20, 2018.

About this Event

The Temple Convention & Visitor’s Bureau will host the 2nd Annual Live Well Expo on Saturday, October 20, 2018, at the Mayborn Convention Center. This event is open to the public and will showcase the many ways to Eat Well, Move Well and Live Well in Temple! A wide variety of vendors will be on hand providing information, samples and live demonstrations. Door prizes will be given to the first 100 attendees, and other prize drawings will be held throughout the afternoon!

Business Vendor applications are being accepted from now until 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 12, 2018.

Vendors receive the following items:

• Booth spaces are 10x10 and will contain one 8’ table and 2 chairs.

• Each vendor will be placed in the section that relates to their business. You will be assigned a booth space prior to the event. Sorry, specific spaces cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate special requests.

• Electricity will be provided at no charge. You must select that option on your vendor form in order for you to be placed in a booth that has access to electricity.

• You are required to stay for the duration of the event.

• Businesses in the Eat Well section must provide healthy options as a part of their business model. The City of Temple reserves the right to reject an application based on the daily menu options of a vendor.

• Sales & Distribution: You are responsible for your company’s sales tax payment. You must obtain any and all required food handler permits from the City of Temple and/or Bell County. You are responsible for your own sales; there will be no tickets for food.

• Clean up: Trash receptacles will be available, but you are responsible for the proper clean-up of your booth space.

SCHEDULE:

Set-up: Friday, Noon to 5:00pm or Saturday, 7:00am to 8:30am.

Vendor Hrs: Saturday, 9:00a to 4:00p

Take down: Saturday, 4:00p to 6:00p

APPLICATION MATERIALS:

The entire application fee, payable to the City of Temple, is required with your application. Partial payments are considered incomplete applications and will not be accepted. Acceptance notices will be emailed to you, unless you request otherwise. Please send payment and all application materials to:

REFUNDS:

You may cancel your application and receive a full refund on or before 5:00 pm on October 12, 2018. Absolutely no refunds will be approved after October 12, 2018, regardless of circumstance. All cancellation requests must be made in writing.
