Final Show until....?!

Special Homecoming Comedy Show! Three local, well.... used to be local comedians, come back to the Nest for the first time in six years! All three have special ties to Koo Coo's Nest Comedy Club! Kevin Cahak drew the logo on Microsoft paint back in 2006 ish when the club was just starting. In 2008, Tucker Diedrich was the first to host a show other than Kevin or Dave. Luke Borchardt was the first to go from the Koo Coo's Nest Open Mic, in 2014 ish, to hosting a show when he was just a widdle stand-up comedy baby... This special show is more than a comedy show, it's a feel good night with friends and family.

Kevin Cahak...a husband, father and a down to earth, adaptive and surprisingly funny person. His comedy has been described by the Duluth Times Tribune as "one part tongue twister, one part poetry, and one part hilarious."

For the last 15 years, Kevin has been traveling across the country performing at venues from theaters, casinos, comedy clubs and corporate events to breweries, county fairs and small town bars. He can been seen on Showtime appearing on "Pauly Shore Stands Alone" and his comedy album "When in Rome..." can be heard on Spotify, Pandora as well as any other streaming platform.

Tucker Diedrich is an American stand-up comedian. Since 2008, he has been paid American dollars to tell jokes in front of crowds big and small in venues big and small. He has performed at Laugh Fest, been featured on RooftopComedy.com and appeared in local commercials. He's way better at telling jokes than writing biographies about himself.

Luke Borchardt is a Chicago based comedian and writer that won't get upset if you say his silly last name wrong. He grew up in north central Wisconsin aka "the middle of nowhere" so he developed a wild imagination and a high drive for adventure that has landed him in some tense situations. His material is heavily based on dating, his time as a medic in the Army, and all of the other odd jobs he's worked. Luke's quirky delivery, friendliness, and down to earth mentality make him a crowd favorite.

Luke started comedy immediately after he got out of the Army in 2013. He was a finalist in the Funniest Person with a Day Job at Rick Bronson's House of Comedy and Funniest Person in Minneapolis at Acme Comedy Company. Luke has worked with some of the industry's best acts including opening for Louie Anderson, Doug Stanhope, Pablo Francsico, and Carlos Mencia. In 2018 he was named to the Top 101 Comics in the World Series of Comedy.
