Event Details

You've seen it everywhere. From sidewalk chalk to Snapchat filters, Instagram photos, a mural in Sumner and stickers in business windows all over Pierce County.

What's the story behind the South Sound Proud campaign that is inspiring us all to "Live Like the Mountain Is Out"? Come learn how 30+ partners (including Broadway Center for the Performing Arts, CHI Franciscan Health, City of Tacoma, Columbia Bank, Economic Development Board, Metro Parks Tacoma, MultiCare Health, Port of Tacoma, Tacoma Public Utilities, Univeristy of Washington Tacoma and more) combined their creative smarts to stir up community pride.
