Join us for this once in a lifetime live cinematic performance with Morgan Bernard as we shed light on EP's ties to the Holocaust.

About this Event

A live cinema performance with Morgan Barnard, an internationally renowned

public artist and filmmaker from Santa Fe, NM. The innovative live video will tell

the story From Darkness to Life: Survivors journey to making a new life in El Paso by

incorporating artifacts from the museum and items brought by audience members.

It will become a permanent tribute to the Jewish community in El Paso. Event opens

with Dr. Mimi Gladstein, a UTEP English professor, who discusses Tom Lea’s Jewish

merchant in his best-selling novel The Wonderful Country. Reception to follow.
