The Junk Bar presents a matinee show containing four of Australias' best Folk & Americana performers for a matinee show like no nother.

Jordan Merrick

A well known Folk singer and lyricist based in Brisbane, Jordan has been going from strength to strength, performing with the likes of C.W. Stoneking, Mia Dyson and Alex The Astronaut, while recording with Aria Award Winning Producer Steven Schram (Paul Kelly, The Cat Empire). With new music set to be premiered at this show, you will not want to miss what Merrick has to say.

Ruby Gilbert

Ruby Gilbert blew listeners away in 2019 with her incredible single "Slave'. She has taken her unique Americana rhythms across the country and has had her music featured on both ABC and Channel 7, highlighting the strength of her songwriting ability. On stage, she is absorbing and will take you on an incredible journey.

Lisa De Angelis

Fresh from her powerhouse performance during Tamworth Music Festival, Lisa De Angelis is set to make her long awaited Brisbane debut. The Americana performer has an incredible wealth of stories to share, having traveled across the world and when she finally arrives in Brisbane, you will be absolutely mesmerised.

JB Paterson

There are few in the Brisbane music scene writing songs as beautiful and real as JB Paterson. His songs flow with an incredible realness, and Patersons perspective on day to day life, growing old and love is something you have to sit back, hear and feel. With a new album set to be out a few short weeks after this show, expect to hear JB Paterson at his absolute best.
