Littleton Area Chamber of Commerce Spring Awards Celebration

The Littleton Area Chamber of Commerce (LACC) would like to invite you to our 2023 Spring Awards Celebration at the Boys & Girls Club of the North Country on Saturday April 1st, from 4pm to 8pm. Doors will open at 4 allowing time to mingle, network, take a tour of the club and bid on some fantastic items in the Silent Auction. Food will be ready by 5pm and the Awards and remarks will begin at 6:30- 7pm followed by the closing of the auction.

Please join us in ringing in Spring by wearing your favorite fun and festive flowered shirt and celebrate with drinks and dinner by Lady Shaye, bid on great finds in the silent auction showcasing our many local businesses and take your chances in the 50/50 raffle.

The menu for the evening will include a buffet style dinner with your choice of meatballs or spinach dip as an appetizer, entrees include BBQ chicken with roasted potatoes and mixed veggies, or Lady Shaye’s signature mac & cheese served with broccoli. Dessert offerings are a sweet taco delight! Choices are blueberry cheesecake, strawberry cheesecake and apple cheesecake tacos.

There will be a coffee bar featuring Starbucks coffee provided by Artisans With A Mission, as well as live entertainment with the musical stylings of Mark Bonta on guitar, so be sure to bring your dancing shoes!

During this event we will be presenting the George & Jan Kirk Volunteer of the Year Award, sponsored by Casella, as well as the Citizen of the Year Award which is sponsored by the Littleton Coin Company. We will also be recognizing Littleton's Student of the Year who will be awarded the Eames Family Scholarship for their academic and civic achievements. It truly will be an evening of celebration!

Description of Tickets and Sponsorship Options

Admission for One $40

Ticket for one to the event includes one drink ticket for beer or wine, dinner for one, one raffle ticket and access to the silent auction.

Flower Sponsorship $100

Flower Sponsorship includes 1 ticket to the event, 1 raffle ticket and 1 drink ticket, dinner and access to the silent auction. Sponsors will be mentioned on our webpage and social media as well as in the event program. Sponsors are welcome to provide business cards to display by the flowers they sponsor, which will be raffled off at the end of the event.

Event Sponsor $500

This sponsorship includes 2 tickets to the event, dinner for two, 2 drink tickets, 2 raffle tickets and access to the silent auction. Your business or organization will also be thanked for sponsorship during the event and listed as an Event Sponsor in the program as well as on our website and with local media.

Citizen or Volunteer of the Year Award Sponsor $1000 (1 opportunity each)

This sponsorship covers the award for the Citizen or Volunteer of the Year and includes your business or organization name on the award as a sponsor of that award. Sponsorship at this level includes 4 tickets to the event, dinner for 4 with 4 drink tickets, 4 raffle tickets and 4 tickets to the silent auction. Your business or organization will also be thanked for your sponsorship of the award during the award presentation and listed as the award sponsor in the program and on our website as well as with local media.

Event Beverage Sponsorship $1000

This sponsorship names your business or organization as the beverages sponsor for the event and includes 4 tickets to the event, dinner for four with 4 drink tickets, 4 raffle tickets and access to the silent auction. Your business or organization will also be thanked for this generous sponsorship during announcements at the event and listed as the beverage sponsor in the program and on our website as well as with local media. Includes the option to display business or organization logo and marketing materials at the event.
