Event description
Join us for an insider look at the resources Denver Public Library has to provide nonprofits!

About this Event

There are thousands of free resources available to help nonprofits in regards to funding, yet it can be overwhelming and time consuming to sift through them. Join us for a webinar where Maryanne Flynn, Reference Librarian and leader of the Nonprofit Resource Center at Denver Public Library, will simplify the process! She will walk participants through resources including grant templates, research tools, impact metrics for grant proposals and more. The training will close with a Q&A session, so come prepared with your questions!

Bio: Maryanne Flynn is a former high tech executive and is now a Reference Librarian at the Denver Public Library and manages the Nonprofit Resource Center there. She is also very active in the community, serving as a Board Member and President Emeritus of City Year Denver and was formerly Board President of YWCA Silicon Valley. Maryanne has a MLIS from San Jose State University, is a certified Project Manager and is a certified Foundation Directory Online Expert by Candid (formerly known as Guidestar). She loves helping nonprofits with finding and developing funding.
