Mon 24 April 2017, 09:45 – 15:30 BST
Looking to develop skills to aid you in your English or other essay based A Levels? Also interested to see what university study is about? The School of Modern Languages, Literatures and Cultures is delighted to invite Year 12 students to its Literature Study Day: Exploring a World of Texts.
During the day you will receive sessions on:
- The Art of Close Reading: Analysing unseen texts
- The Art of Comparing Texts: Answering comparative questions

The skills you learn in these workshops will not only equip you with skills to examine literary and visual sources in your A Levels, but will also help prepare you for university level study.
