The purpose of your initial meeting with us is twofold:
1. To identify your needs, interests, qualifications and employment goals.
2. To develop an Individualized Employment Plan to achieve your employment goals.

Resume Development / Enhancement
Interview Preparation including mock interview videotaping and critique
Employer Direct Referrals
Supportive Services - checks/gift/debit cards to pay for job related needs such as tokens, gas cards, interview clothes/uniforms, work boots, tools etc.
Referrals - to other programs as needed, i.e. skills training, on the job training; internships; legal assistance; counseling; residential/transitional housing assistance (homeless or at risk of being homeless)
