Event Details

Take a stroll down one of Miami Beaches’ most famous thoroughfares, once referred to as the “Fifth Avenue of the South.”  Discover how geography and history influenced the architecture of Lincoln Road from 1912 to present and what led to the revitalization of the area that we experience today.

Tours depart from the Albion Hotel, 1650 James Ave. (Corner of James Ave and Lincoln Road, Miami Beach).  Since this tour meets off-site, tickets should be purchased in advance, either by online payment or at the Art Deco Welcome Center at 1001 Ocean Drive.  Tour guides are not set up to handle ticket sales at the starting location of the tour.

This tour is offered weekly on Fridays at 11am.Adults - $25; Seniors, Veterans, and Students - $20; Children under 12 – FREE.  Those with proof of MDPL membership may participate at no charge.

NOTE:  This tour is also offered as a private tour "upon request" for groups of 10 or greater ($30 per person), or for a flat rate of $300 for groups less than 10 people.  Tour arrangements should be made at least two weeks in advance.
