Just in time for Labor Day weekend celebrations, you can learn the art of making Limoncello, an Italian liqueur, traditionally served chilled, as an after-dinner digestivo. It's the perfect beverage to enjoy with family and friends on sultry summer evenings.
Join Executive Chef Giuseppe Monaco, a native of the Island of Capri, for a hands-on lesson in crafting this popular Italian lemon liqueur. His grandmother's recipe will serve as the road map for your culinary journey.
Piccoli morsi (small bites) prepared by Chef Giuseppe and colorful stories about this beloved homeland will round out your evening. At the end of the class, you will be presented with a bottle of your very own home-made, authentic Limoncello from Grandma's old-fashioned recipe.
Tickets are not available at the door.
