The hybrid awards reception and fundraiser bring together an amazing mix of the region’s top industry leaders working in the sustainability field and is an important opportunity to recognize the latest achievements in green building design, technology, and innovation in Illinois.

This year's event supports the Illinois Green Schools Project. The program, launched in 2020, is a project-based challenge for K-12 schools to devise and implement creative no- to low-cost energy, water and waste initiatives, and sustainable practices. See the impact from the spring 2021 cohort of schools.

Attendees have the option to purchase the Illinois Green Schools Project Benefactor ticket to provide an additional donation to the program and earn recognition at the event.

This year’s event will be at half capacity compared to previous years.

Those who would like to attend in person are encouraged to purchase their ticket early. We encourage all members of our community to watch the ceremony online and support us with a suggested $20 donation (which includes 1 entry into our raffle).

COVID-19 Protocol: Proof of Vaccination Required for Entry

To keep our community healthy and safe, we will require proof of full vaccination status for all attendees, vendors, and volunteers for this event.

• You will need to show that you had the full dose as recommended by the vaccine manufacturer and it has been at least 14 days since your last shot—September 23, 2021.
• This can be in the form of the physical vaccination card OR a photo of the card. If you are not able to show proof of vaccination, you will not be admitted into the event space.
• Masks will be required by all guests for the duration of the event unless eating or drinking.

This protocol follows the requirements and guidance of our event host, Convene.

Ticket holders may request a full refund up until September 30 @ 11:59 p.m. Following that date, requests may be partially granted or denied.
