Description

We will work on Muscle Specific movements for athletes to incorporate glute and hip strength, core orientation and proprioception to allow athletes to become stronger, faster and more efficient. We want athletes to decrease injury while increasing effectiveness. Efficiency creates speed, quickness and power.

Your athlete will benefit from a group workout that challenges each individual but also the group and team at the same time. We will work all muscle groups as well as work through functional movement, this work will emulate what happens in real time on the field to help the athletes to become more responsive.

Dates: Friday's; January 12, 19, February 2, 9, 16, March 2, 9, 16, 23

Time: 4:30-5:30pm
