Lila Journey ATX: On Freedom

Join us for a 3.5-hour voyage of guided contemplation, vocal activation, drum-driven breathwork, and intuitive movement to a live electro-acoustic soundscape created to evoke, provoke and inspire. This sonic experience invites you to open up to extraordinary states of consciousness in a safe and supportive setting.

Whether this is your first experience of this kind, or you're a frequent flyer, all are welcome and we'll guide you through the steps.

About the occassion:

The Spring Equinox marks the end of winter and the beginning of spring and is made manifest by a perfect balance between darkness and light. It signals a transition from the rule of darkness into the rule of light in the months to follow, and with it brings a feeling of new beginnings, a clean slate of endless possibility. The feminine spirit of freedom requires this lightness, and on this special night of communion, we make space and invite her in.

Style & Vibe: SKY HIGH. Check out this mood board for inspiration. Our recommendation is to keep it comfortable and layered, as you’ll be both lying still and moving around.

Please bring:

😎Eye mask or scarf

🛏 A comfortable individual mat (no sharing mats or "cuddle puddles")

☁️ Pillow and blankets to make the journey extra cozy (important!)

🍼 A refillable water bottle

✍️ A journal and a pen

Please know:

🍸To increase your sensitivity and openness, we recommend that you refrain from alcohol intake and other substances for about 48-72 hours before the journey.

🍓Please arrive on a fairly empty stomach, but not too hungry. Our recommendation: a light snack or smoothie around 3 pm.

🫶 Water and bathrooms will be available and we will have staff on hand to answer any questions.

⌛️The journey will last approximately 3.5 hours and we ask you to commit to the entire experience as early departures could compromise the container and be very disruptive. Please arrive on time. Given the nature of this event, once we begin, we will not be able to admit any late arrivals.
