Event description

Description

Long before Weedon Island was a preserve, it had a brush with Hollywood as being the site of a film studio! Join us for a special presentation from Florida film expert Lisa Bradberry on the history of cinema at Weedon Island as she discusses the movie studios that rose and fell on the Island, the films that were shot in our coastal habitats, and the unique stories that came out of producing in such a wild location.
