TERMS & CONDITIONS - LAYAWAY PAYMENT PLAN:

  • Down payment is required for your purchase.

  • Three additional payments will be automatically deducted from the card you used to make the down payment on the following dates:

  • The second payment will be charged on 2/12/20.

  • The third payment will be charged on 3/11/20.

  • The final payment will be charged on 4/8/20.

  • Credit card processing will be charged on each payment. All service fees and shipping will only be charged on your final payment. Because of this, your final payment price will be different from your other payments.

  • Default on payments will result in cancellation of your order, loss of down payment, and loss of any payments made prior to cancellation. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan. You must pay attention to your bank and credit card statements to make sure your payment is successfully completed on each scheduled date. You will be granted a 10 day grace period from each scheduled payment date to process any missed payments, and instructions will be emailed from Eventbrite to do so. If your payment is not made in full by the 10th day after the payment due date your order will be cancelled and you will forfeit all amounts paid up to that point.

  • All purchases and partial purchases are non-refundable. If you fail, for any reason, to pay any of the installments you will void your ticket and you will not receive a refund.

  • Wristbands associated with your order will not be shipped until all payments are complete. Wristband shipping begins in late April 2020. All payment plans completed after May 6th will receive a PDF ticket via email that must be printed out, brought to the on-site box office and exchanged for a wristband and/or vehicle pass.




IMPORTANT TICKET INFO:

  • Please READ the TERMS OF SALE you are agreeing to before purchasing passes.

  • Once you make your deposit, you will receive an order confirmation email from Eventbrite on behalf of the Lightning in a Bottle 2020. IMPORTANT: If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox or junk/spam folder, click here for further assistance.  

  • Shipping is available in the Continental United States only. Canadian & International purchasers will pick up wristband and other credentials at on-site will call. Orders will not ship until all payments are completed.

  • LIB is all ages. Ages 5 and under are free. See ticket FAQ below for more info.

  • Any attendee under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Event is rain or shine.

  • Artists and schedules subject to change.

  • All sales final. No refunds or exchanges. Electronic order transfers are allowed.

  • LIB does not assist in any 3rd party transactions. For your own protection, do not purchase LIB wristbands from any third party sellers. We are not responsible for any counterfeit tickets or wristbands.

  • There is a $20 lost wristbands replacement fee. Please keep your wristbands safe and secure!

LAYAWAY FAQ


How do payment plans work?

  • Following the initial purchase of a Payment Plan deposit, you agree to have Eventbrite auto-charge the credit card used for the deposit for subsequent installments.

  • After each installment is charged, you will either receive an email stating the installment was completed successfully, or that your payment was declined, within 5 business days after the auto-charge date.

  • Once you complete all installments, you will receive a confirmation email for a completed payment plan order. Your completed order represents your completed payment plan. For any updates or issues, please refer to this order number and disregard previous order numbers for your individual installments.

When will each installment be charged?

  • Deposit - open until mid January 2020

  • Installment 2: 2/12/20

  • Installment 3: 3/11/20

  • Installment 4: 4/8/20

I made my deposit but I missed the second payment.

  • No problem. If your auto-bill payment fails you will receive an email from installments@eventbrite.com with instructions on how to make the payment.

I made my deposit but now I have been charged for a second ticket.

  • It may appear as though a second ticket has been charged but don’t worry. Each payment creates a new order number in the Eventbrite system. When you complete all four payments there will be four separate order numbers. 

  • After you complete all four payments, an additional order number will be created to show you are fully paid. This Completed Payment Plan order will be the order where you can track shipping information for your wristband. This is all normal. You can review your account at any time by logging into your Eventbrite account. 

Do I have to log in to my account on the due date to make a payment?

  • No, as long as your credit card is active you will be on autopay and the payment will be automatically deducted from your account. 

I lost my credit card and need to change the card on file before the next payment is due.

  • For instructions on how to delete your credit card on your Eventbrite account, please click here.

  • If you delete the card on file, you’ll receive an email within 5 days after the next installment date. This email will include an access code to complete the next installment using your new credit card. Subsequent installments will then be charged to the new card.

What happens if my card is declined?

  • If at any point a credit card declines, Eventbrite will email you directions within 5 business days after the auto-charge date on how to complete your outstanding installment. 

  • If you do not complete all installments of a payment plan, a wristband to the festival will not be issued.

  • It is important to make sure you are logged into Eventbrite with the email address you used to make your deposit to ensure all payments are in the same account.

I made the deposit and second payment but I can’t go now. Can I get a refund?

  • All sales are final so no refund is available but you are welcome to transfer the completed layaway plan to someone else. After you complete the payment plan you will receive an email with a Completed Payment Plan order. Once you do, you can log into your Eventbrite account and transfer the order to family member or friend. 

Tickets have been shipped but I did not receive mine

  • It is possible that all of your payments have not been processed. Please log into your Eventbrite account to view the status of your layaway plan. If you have a Completed Payment Plan order in your account, open this order, select the 'Manage Order' tab from the top menu bar and you can review the shipping status of your order.

  • After your final installment (payment 4) processes you will receive an order confirmation for a Completed Payment Plan ticket. Once this happens please log into your account, select the order for the Completed Payment Plan, select the 'Manage Order' tab from the top menu bar and edit your shipping address.
