The LIGHT Leadership Program, a PDE approved PIL Continuing Education program for 35 Act 45 credit hours guides leaders though the stages of Design Thinking to innovate, ideate, and implement a sustainable structure, product or program to transform student achievement and engagement.

Job-embedded action steps bring these innovations back to schools in to develop in real time, and the online SPARK Collaborative helps leaders hone their designs with feedback from the cohort.

Participants must register for all session dates to receive program credit.
