FAQs

How are we seated? We will reserve seats for you. Please let us know if there are others attending with whom you would like to be seated. Tables are generally for 8. This isn’t really a sit-down event and many people, especially kids, are up and about most of the evening. We just want you to know that you will have a place when you want to sit down.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to LAS? No tickets are issued for LAS. Your registration will be confirmed by your name tags which will be at the door when you arrive. Your name tags will be based on the names you entered for each person attending. If you need to make a name change, please let us know.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? There is no age limit to enter the event. You must show valid ID to purchase wine or beer at LAS.

What are my parking options for LAS? The library’s parking ramp is reserved for sponsors. You may also purchase a reserved parking space for $10 in the lot on 4th Street and Myrtle (in front of the post office). You will need to arrive by 8:00 pm to guarantee your place in the lot. Enter the library via the catering ramp on the north side of the building on 4th Street until 8:00 pm or through the main doors on 3rd Street throughout the evening.

What should I bring to LAS? Cash or checks for wine, beer and/or books. Valley Bookseller will be onsite selling all-time favorite 4th of July themed books and will generously donate a percentage of sales to the Foundation. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase: $8 for a glass of wine; $6 for a beer.

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions? Email: splf@stillwaterlibraryfoundation.org or call 651.260.3855.

Can I update my registration information? Call or email us at the information listed above.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay? Absolutely. We are family-friendly. We understand things happen. But, if you call or email us ASAP we can write up a new tag for your fill-in, so Bob can be Bob and Jane can be Jane.

What is the refund policy? Tickets are non-refundable but you may give them or sell them to another party. Please notify us as soon as possible of changes to your reservation. There will be a waiting list and seating will be tight so it is helpful to know of any changes, even at the last minute. Call 651.260.3855 or email splf@stillwaterlibraryfoundation.org.
