Due to COVID-19 restrictions, NO IN-PERSON TAX APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CONDUCTED. All federal and state tax returns will be prepared one of the following ways:

1. Virtual: persons with an email address can download our TaxesToGO app and upload all of their tax documents from the comforts of your home! Certified tax preparers can complete your tax returns, and communicate with you via the chat function in the app. Persons can then electronically sign their tax returns for electronic submission.
2. Drop-off: There are designated locations in our service area where persons can physically drop off copies of their documents to have their taxes completed. Persons should only drop off COPIES of documents. There are no copying capabilities at any of the drop-off sites.

All required tax documents must be provided no later than Friday, April 9th at 5pm in order for taxes to be prepared on time. Please allow 5 - 7 business days at minimum for taxes to be completed and contact to be made.
