Alpert Jewish Family & Children's Service and Levine Jewish Residential & Family Service present the 2016 LifePlanning Disability Services Resource Fair. We offer a special thanks to the Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation Department for generously providing a location for the event.
Agencies that assist the persons with disabilities in Palm Beach County will be present. Admission is free. All Palm Beach County adolescents & adults with disabilities, their families, professionals, and agency staff are welcome.
LifePlanning® is a free program that offers assistance with the future planning process to anyone in the community who is caring for a family member with a disability. The program provides education, advocacy, and one-on-one consultations.
Professionals are welcome to attend for the purposes of gathering information only. Solicitation is not permitted.

Therapeutic Recreation Complex is located in John Prince Park in Lake Worth at 2728 Lake Worth Road, just east of Congress Avenue. Please note: there is no exit on to Lake Worth Road from I-95. A map to the Therapeutic Rec Center can be found by copying and pasting the URL: goo.gl/Y2CfJ1
What are my parking options at the event?
Parking is available for attendees in the parking lot outside of the gymnasium. Designated Handicapped parking spaces are available.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
If you are able to bring your ticket to the event, it will help expedite the check-in process. If you do not have a ticket or forget it, don't worry!
