SEATING IS LIMITED - AVAILABLE TO NIAGARA COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT PERSONNEL and COMMUNITY PARTNERS WHO CONSULT / INTERFACE WITH NIAGARA COUNTY SCHOOLS
Five (5) contact hours are available for LMSWs and LCSWs; in order to obtain the contact hours, participants will be provided with a web-link following the training to go online, complete necessary documentation, and pay a fee of $36.25. Otherwise, there is no cost for this training.
There will be a 1 hour lunch break for lunch on your own.
TARGET AUDIENCE: School administrators, clinical / professional staff members and community partners.

The Lifelines trilogy is based on over 20 years of suicide-in-youth research that indicates an informed community can help to prevent vulnerable teens from ending their lives. Although the information reads that it can be applied from Middle School through High School, it can be applicable to Elementary school aged children as well. About the presenter
Pat Breux, BSN, is the State Coordinator of School and Youth Initiates at the Suicide Prevention Center of NY. In her role she provides training, and consultation in best practices in suicide prevention, intervention, and after suicide death to schools, youth serving organizations and communities across NY State. She is a Livingworks Education certified ASIST and SafeTALK trainer. Her work has received National recognition and many awards. She is the author and developer of a National Best Practice workshop, “Creating Suicide Safety in School”.
