Stress can be a constant in our chaotic fast-paced lives, we are often so plugged into the stress and demands of life that we don't realize that stress unmanaged can truly affect everything from our productivity at work to our personal relationships and most importantly our quality of life!

But through simple, yet effective, techniques we can hack our physiological, our biological, and our psychological response to stress.

The goal of this workshop is to help you unplug from stress and give you the tools to condition this change so you can get back to living on your own terms.

TIPS:

  • Bring a journal to take notes
  • There will be yoga mats available to sit on the floor but if you want to bring your own you are welcome to
  • Wear comfotable clothes, this is a practical workshop and we will be doing some deep breathwork
  • We recommend you have only a light healthy breakfast since a part of the workshop includes breathwork and is harder to do so on a full stomach


Facilitator

This workshop will be led by Mayte Morelos, founder of Unplugged Strategic Coaching.

Mayte is a Master Practitioner of NLP, certifed in stress management, and strategic intervention coach and through the use of techniques and tools she coaches and trains her clients to increase their psychological, emotional, and physical wellbeing to skyrococket their results.
Mayte is a long time entrepreneur who herself has experience the devastating effects of stress, but through mastering the these techniques and tools , she was able to get her life back . Her passion for this subject and helping others unplug from stress, has led her all over the world to study with the co-creator of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Dr. Richard Bandler, master strategist Anthony Robbins among others, to truly master the tools that make a difference in our response to stress.
