About this event
Join us and escape to a hidden oasis in the North Forth Valley of Colorado. Our experienced facilitators will lead participants through a journey of empowerment and a true rediscovery of self. No experience is expected or required with horses. We welcome everyone and this experience is powerful and life-changing.
We will integrate equine coaching, art, rhythm, and mindful movement to reveal the power of YOU! We will work with horses on the ground in a deeply energetic way to intentionally reconnect you to your light and rediscover the importance of emotional intelligence. When we reconnect with ourselves, and get out of our racing minds, we are able to access creativity and intuition while regaining a sense of peace, power and presence that is unshaken by stressors beyond our control.
Great leaders inspire followers through trust and communication, authenticity and awareness. Come learn how to identify and appreciate how our emotional center can be a great tool for leadership and success.
Our supportive and experienced team will compassionately open space for each person's individual journey to regain a sense of clarity, empowerment and peace.
Accommodations are included at the exclusive Bross Hotel in downtown Paonia, Colorado. All meals (farm to table) provided by a chef and the retreat includes a visit to a local vineyard and opportunities to shop for local fare. The VIP package includes individual coaching sessions, and a choice of activities including yoga, massage and healing connection work.

How Does a Wellness Retreat Help?
A wellness retreat can help you learn how to quiet your mind and slow down so you can reconnect to your senses, your body, and each moment as you experience it. This allows for more authentic and empowered relationships and the ability to inspire others through accurate identification of intuitive signals affecting everyday decisions.
YOU CAN be present and authentic. YOU CAN tolerate discomfort by leaning into it rather than avoiding it. YOU CAN feel energized and experience freedom from worry while engaged in the pressure of decision-making, leadership and life!
Once you allow your body to be fully present where your mind is, your body returns to a state of calm and clarity. You can now experience and fully enjoy each moment as you live it whether in the conference room, at the park or even in your home with your loved ones. You can be a rock in the river, standing firm in who you are authentically while allowing the water to move around you rather than being pushed and pulled by the current and busyness of life.

The North Fork Valley includes the towns of Paonia, Hotchkiss and Crawford-as well as the surrounding mesas. It’s named in recognition of the North Fork of the Gunnison River, which runs east-west through the valley from the mountains to the east of Paonia to the ‘dobie’ deserts west of Hotchkiss.
The physical setting of the Valley – tucked between the West Elk Mountains to the east, the Grand Mesa to the North and the canyons and high desert of the south and west portions of the county make this a distinct sliver of paradise and one with its own identity.
