About this event
Please join Cambrian Symphony, named "Best Discovery" of 2016-17 by San Francisco Classical Voice, for the second concert of our 6th season. This concert includes Ethiopia's Shadow in America by Florence Price, Symphony No. 7 by Jean Sibelius, and Bachianas Brasileiras No. 4 by Heitor Villa-Lobos.
Please note that due to COVID-19 protocols, the following are required for entry: proof of full vaccination, including booster, or negative COVID-19 test, photo ID for guests 18 and over, face mask for anyone 2 years and older. Cambrian Symphony will continue with these precautions for the safety of our musicians, despite recent changes at the state and county level.
ATTEND IN PERSON OR VIA LIVESTREAM VIDEO. To support the safety and comfort of our community, Cambrian Symphony is pleased to offer two options for attending our concert: please join us in person at Hammer Theatre, or join us remotely via livestream video. Indicate your choice when registering and the livestream link will be included with your registration confirmation. We humbly ask all audience members to consider making a donation to help us manage the extra costs of making our concert available in two ways.
PROOF OF VACCINATION PLUS BOOSTER -OR- NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND IN PERSON. The following documents will be accepted as proof of vaccination: vaccination card, photocopy of vaccination card, digital photo of vaccination card, or State of California digital vaccination card. Unvaccinated guests (or those without a booster, but are eligible), ages 2yrs+, must show proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 48 hours of the performance start time, or a negative COVID-19 antigen (rapid) test taken within 24 hours of the performance start time, by bringing a printed document, email, or text message of your test results along with a government issued photo ID matching the name on your test results. At-home tests will NOT be accepted. Minors are not required to provide a photo ID.
MASKS REQUIRED. If you do not have a mask, ushers can provide one at entry.
Admission is FREE and registration/RSVPs are required. This is open seating so please arrive early to ensure your choice of seats. Donations are gratefully accepted, with a suggested donation of $25 per adult. Donations may be made by cash or credit card at the concert, or online at http://www.paypal.com/us/fundraiser/charity/186659 or http://www.cambriansymphony.org.
