Event description

Description

Sacramento State’s Project Rebound program and Criminal Justice Division invite you to a screening of the newly-released documentary Life After Life by Tamara Perkins, followed by a discussion with a panel consisting of the filmmaker, cast, and local social justice activists. After decades behind bars, three men set out to prove that success can lie on the other side of tragedy. As their stories unfold over weeks, months and years, the precarious nature of freedom after incarceration in America is revealed.

Come join us for appetizers and refreshments in the Lobby Suite across from Hinde Auditorium before the screening! Screening will begin at 5:30 followed by the panel.
