Windows Phone 7.1, code-named “Mango,” is loaded with new features for consumers and developers alike.

Fast task switching will allow apps to remain in memory when they leave the foreground, background agents will lend multitasking support, local database support will allow apps to store relational data on the phone, and much, much more.
