Event Details

You don’t spend much time in the software industry before you’re faced with the issue of tracking down a performance problem in a product that you’re responsible for. However, if you’re like most software developers, even the act of figuring out where to start can seem daunting.

This session will show you how to tackle a performance issue from the top down to quickly locate, isolate, and correct the underlying problem. You’ll not only gain an understanding of how to diagnose your performance problems, but also a set of simple techniques and tools that you can apply to correct the problem at the source.

Jeremy JarrellJeremy Jarrell is a professional software developer specializing in commercial application development for the enterprise space. He is heavily involved in the local developer community, both as a regular presenter throughout the East Coast as well as an author whose articles have appeared on sites such as Simple-Talk.com and DZone.com.

Jeremy loves to discuss all topics related to software development and can be reached either by Twitter at @jeremyjarrell or at his website, www.JeremyJarrell.org.

There will be a prize draw on the day and one lucky attendee will recieve a full Licence for one of Redgate's premier offerings ".NET Tool Belt" which includes just about every tool you could ever want to make your code performance run like a dream.

To qualify for the prize draw, you must register via Event Brite, and you must be present on the day when we draw the name.
